Came home from work yesterday with an almighty craving for… sausage, eggs, beans, and chips! I couldn’t remember the last time fried egg and chips were on my dinner menu (1993, perhaps?), as fry ups like these are usually reserved for Sunday morning cures. The chips, of course, would have been consumed in advance the Saturday night before, most likely at Lido, the yummy chipper down the road in Pearse Street.
