RTE are reporting that Eddie O’Sullivan has stepped down as the Irish rugby team’s head coach
He thanked management, the players and supporters as well as the IRFU for their support and wished the team success in the future.
He added that he would not comment further for the foreseeable future and asked that his and his family’s privacy be respected.
