Sorry about the lack of posts over the weekend - it seems NTL are trying to save some cash by getting a small snail to hand deliver our broadband down the line or something.
Also, we were both still coming to terms with the shockingly awful Leinster match on Saturday. We’re just now getting to the cheery “Sure, there’s always next year” stage. Eoghan will blog all soon.
Other things we did this weekend: Ate at Ely HQ, which was pretty underwhelming actually. I discovered that a) I don’t like the taste of pigeon and b) I’m not mad on blue cheese on my burger. The cockails were yummy, if pricey. It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night as well - there were six of us out and we all decided to skip dessert and head back to the aparment for ice cream, which says all there is to say about the buzz, the price and the food, really. That said, we’ve headed there for cocktails before and I’ve really enjoyed it in that Sarah-Jessica-Parker-being-fab-in-Sex-And-The-City kind of way.
Sunday was spent doing the usual Grafton St browse, as I got some nest-feathering neccesities lodged in my brain. I think it was a magazine rack and some storage boxes…
